Price Match Guarantee

1. Eligibility for Price Matching

• Authorized Retailers Only: We exclusively match prices from legitimate, factory-authorized furniture, lighting, and grill dealers. This ensures the product is genuine and backed by a full warranty. We do not match unauthorized resellers or liquidators.
• Identical Item Specifications: The product must be an exact match in brand, model number, finish, material, size, and weight. Additionally, the item must be currently in stock and ready for immediate dispatch on the competitor's website.
• Verification: The advertised price must be verifiable online and listed in USD. We require a direct, active link to the competitor’s product page showing the lower price.

2. Policy Exclusions

The following circumstances are not eligible for our Price Match Guarantee:

• Items sold via third-party marketplaces or auction platforms (e.g., eBay, Amazon Marketplace, or Etsy).
• Products listed as clearance, closeout, floor models, or refurbished/open-box items.
• Specialized holiday or time-sensitive events (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Flash Sales).
• Restricted membership-based pricing, loyalty rewards, or "club" member discounts.
• Bundled promotional offers, "Buy One Get One" incentives, or free gift-with-purchase deals.
• Pricing that results from the application of a personal coupon code, rebate, or unique trade discount.

3. Submission Process

To request a price match, please follow our formal submission guidelines:

• Email Your Request: Contact support@Buildory.com with the subject line "Price Match Request". Please include your contact info, the Buildory.com product SKU, and the direct competitor link.
• Professional Review: Our valuation team will review your request within 48 business hours. We will verify the total cost, including any relevant logistics or freight fees, to ensure a fair comparison.
• Final Approval: If approved, we will provide a unique invoice or instructions to complete your purchase at the adjusted rate. If denied, we will provide a transparent explanation based on our criteria.

4. Terms & Conditions

• Price matching must be finalized prior to order placement. We do not provide retroactive credits or refunds on previously processed orders.
• Price match requests are limited to one match per unique item, per customer/household.
• Buildory.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue this policy at our discretion without prior notification.
