Care Information
Oriental Weavers rugs are manufactured with color, design and value in mind. They are also manufactured to last for years to come. But as with all things, care and cleaning will prolong the life of the rug. For general cleaning and maintenance, the following is recommended:
General Cleaning Recommendations:
- Vacuum regularly to remove surface soil. When vacuuming certain fibers, such as wool, set the beater bar setting to the highest adjustable height setting to prevent damaging the rug’s surface.
- Long ends may work to the surface after use or vacuuming. Never pull these ends out of the rug but rather trim them even with the rug’s surface.
- Clean spills and spots immediately. Never rub a spill, always blot to prevent fraying of the yarns.
- Periodic professional cleaning is recommended.
- Use an Oriental Weavers rug pad under all rugs, even indoor/outdoor rugs. Refer to the rug pad section to browse the complete assortment or ask a sales representative for a recommendation. Using a rug pad will extend the life of the rug.
- Rotate the rug at least once a year, twice if in high traffic areas. No matter how dense the pile yarns or how well constructed the area rug, constant traffic patterns will begin to show. However, this process can be slowed dramatically by rotating the rug. This not only adds years to the rug but also allows the entire rug to wear at the same rate.

General Shipping Information
We ship freight exclusively to the 48 contiguous states, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Orders over $199.00 qualify for Free Shipping, while orders under $199.00 incur a flat $19.95 fee.
Order Processing & Lead Times
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends). Lead times depend on the specific brand manufacturer; while many of our premium items depart the facility in fewer than 7 days, most in-stock orders feature a standard lead time of 7–10 business days after payment capture. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is in transit. Backordered products may have longer processing times, and we will notify you of any delays.
Arrival of Goods
Freight delivery times depend on the carrier's schedule and routing. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. The carrier will contact you to arrange delivery, and you must be present to sign for the shipment.
Delivery Receipt & Customer Responsibility
Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect the shipment for any damage. Your signature confirms acceptance of the delivery in good condition unless specific issues are noted on the form. Delivery is strictly curbside; it is the customer’s sole responsibility to move items from the curb into the residence and to perform all unpacking and inspection.
Damages
Upon delivery, inspect your shipment carefully for any damage or discrepancies. If exterior damage is visible, you MUST note it on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing. All damages or discrepancies must be reported with photographic proof to Quantumventuregroupllc@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this strict timeframe will be denied.
Returns & Restocking Fees
For returns unrelated to damage, contact us within 5 business days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA). Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging to qualify for a refund. Oriental Weavers are subject to 25% restocking fee for all returned items. The customer is responsible for all round-trip shipping costs. Custom or "Made-to-Order" items are non-returnable.
